This policy covers tessmaholdings.com, the corporate and marketing website of TESSMA Destination Services FZ-LLC ("TESSMA", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This website does not have accounts, bookings or payments. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to give us: your name, company or property name, work email, phone number and message, submitted through the Contact, Demo or Partner enquiry forms. We also store a cookie-consent preference and, if you accept analytics cookies, basic usage data (pages visited, approximate location from IP, browser type).
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a partnership or demo request, and follow up by email or phone. Analytics data (only collected with consent) helps us understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not use your data for anything beyond these purposes.
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a request you initiated) and, where a partnership or contract follows, to take steps toward that contract. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set with your consent.
Enquiry details are shared internally with the relevant TESSMA team (contracting, partnerships or sales) so they can respond. Once the hotel/agent partnership pipeline is connected to our platform backend, submissions are also recorded there for the team reviewing them. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Enquiry submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a partnership proceeds, as part of that commercial relationship; otherwise they are deleted on request. Cookie-consent preferences are stored in your browser until you clear them.
